Arnold J. Weil, M.D. founded the medical practice of Non-Surgical Orthopaedics P.C. in 1993, and served as CEO for 30 years before moving full time into healthcare consulting and as a medical expert witness.

As an entrepreneur in medicine, Dr. Weil developed an extensive medical center complete with patient care, a clinical research facility, diagnostic imaging and MRI, and an outpatient surgical center for interventional spine injections (opening as the Center for Spine Procedures, P.C. in 2000). The practice grew to include multiple physicians and healthcare providers, additional satellite offices surrounding Atlanta, and a variety of ancillary services including an in-house pharmacy, regenerative medicine, in-office laboratory and an international fellowship program for physicians training in pain management.

Dr. Weil spent over 30 years treating patients with back and neck pain and a variety of other orthopaedic conditions. Focusing on acute and chronic conditions through an advanced Non- Surgical approach, Dr. Weil become one of the leading experts on spine care, pain management and disability.

Providing medical expert opinions for orthopaedic and other musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Weil has maintained an unbiased reputation in the medical and legal community representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Experience includes over 300 depositions, medical-legal reviews, and trial appearances. His services include peer reviews, medical record reviews, malpractice expert and medical-legal opinions.
